"Moving On"

Coming June 10, 2011

Meagan Layne longs for a traditional life as a wife and mother. Love, marriage to an honorable man, a stable home life for her son, more children; it shouldn't be too much to ask. So how did she end up divorced from a man who left her in debt, with a small son to support on a budget that barely meets at the ends?

Bobby Kerr despises his past and wants to build on the new start he made when he left his small hometown for Lubbock. He's a new man in Christ, but he can't forget the violent man he was. He won't subject another woman to the perils of life with him.
But Meagan stirs Bobby's heart in a dangerous way, making him hope that love could be possible for him after all. If she's willing to risk it.

"Return to Me"

Audrey Rhodes once walked the straight and narrow, but a terrible mistake changed the direction her life. Now former boyfriend and bad boy, Brent Thomason, is back in Blithe Settlement claiming newfound faith in God. Audrey's feelings for Brent haven't changed, but she has. Her life is in shambles. How can she be worthy of this new Brent's love?

Brent Thomason isn't proud of his past. Audrey had been his friend and his love, and he betrayed her. Now a veterinarian, he's returned home to work with Audrey's dad and make restitution for his misdeeds. Brent finds it's not so easy for people to accept his changed ways; still he must make things right with those he hurt, starting with Audrey.

As God directs their paths, Audrey discovers forgiveness is a two-edged sword...especially when she must first forgive herself. And Brent must accept God's will--even if it means losing Audrey a second time.

DebbyDill's second book in her Blithe Settlement series is now available in both e-book and soft-cover versions.
You can find Debby's books on Amazon.com and Whiterosepublishing.com and BN.com under her published name Deborah Pierson Dill.

Perfect Shelter

"Perfect Shelter"

"Curse God and die!"

That's the advice Job got from his wife, and it sounds good to Elaine Mallory. After a life spent seeking and doing God's will, the course of one turbulent spring strips her of everything but her life. Maybe she's not quite inclined to curse God and die, but she's got no problem turning from Him and running hard in the opposite direction.
Justin Barnet wants nothing more than to comfort Elaine and shelter her from more suffering. Her loss and departure leaves him devastated, and for years he waits for her return--years during which his own life falls apart.
Now Elaine is back, and he has less to offer than ever.
As Elaine faces her grief for the first time since that tragic spring, will it reopen her heart to God's perfect shelter--and to Justin? Or will it drive her away again?

Available in soft cover and e-book formats from www.amazon.com from christianbooks.com from BN.com and www.whiterosepublishing.com

Joy's Email

I am honored to be your Children’s Director. I love to teach, equip and encourage children, families, and children’s leaders to love the Lord with all their heart and to love others. God has given me a passion for the children in our community and I believe He has called me to serve Him in our Children’s Ministry and in our local school district.

My husband and I are Bangs High School graduates.  I graduated from HPU in 1999 with a BS in Elementary Education and an Early Childhood Endorsement. I am also a Certified Academic Language Therapist for students with Dyslexia. I have taught at J. B. Stephens Elementary since 1999.

God has blessed me with a wonderful family.  Kenny and I have three boys, Kenneth, Kyler and Kwade. Kenny works in his Heating, AC & Refrigeration business and our boys are 4th generation students of Bangs ISD. Bangs FBC has been our church family since 1996.

I enjoy watching my kids sporting events (GO DRAGONS), and spending time with my family fishing or enjoying water sports at the lake.
